Charles Poussot-Vassal was born in Grenoble, France, in 1982. In 2005, he completed his Engineering degree and M.Sc. in Control and Embedded Systems from Grenoble INP-ESISAR (Valence, France) and Lund University of Technology (Lund, Sweden), respectively. In 2008, he completed his Ph.D. degree in Control Systems Theory, within the GIPSA-lab's control systems department, from the Grenoble Institute of Technology (Grenoble, France). At the beginning of 2009, he worked as a Research Assistant with the Politecnico di Milano (Milan, Italy). From mid-2009, he has been Researcher with ONERA, the French aerospace lab, with the Flight Dynamics and Control Systems department (Toulouse, France). His main interests concern linear and parametric control design, large-scale model approximation techniques and dynamical performance analysis, with application in aircraft and ground vehicles.

Pierre Vuillemin was born near Strasbourg, France, in 1988. He was graduated with a master degree in engineering from ENSEM (Vandoeuvre-lès-Nancy, France) and with a master of science in complex systems engineering from the Henri Poincaré Unversity (Nancy, France) in 2011. He received his Ph.D degree within the Flight Dynamics and Control Systems department of ONERA with the Institut Supérieur de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace (Toulouse, France) under the supervision of Daniel Alazard and Charles Poussot-Vassal in 2014. His research are conected to the area of model reduction with applications on aircraft systems. He is now in a post-doctoral position at University of Nantes (IRCCyn).

Daniel Alazard was born in Tarbes (France). He was graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Métiers (golden medal) in 1986 and received the Master in Advanced Automatic Control and Systems from SUPAERO (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace) in 1987. Since 1989, he is a research scientist at ONERA (French Aerospace Lab) - Department of System Control and Flight Dynamics (DCSD) in Toulouse. Between 1997 and 2000, he was at the head of the research group Control and Integration. Since 2000, he is full Professor at ISAE/SUPAERO. His main research interests concern robust control, flexible structure control and their applications to various aerospace systems. He passed the Accreditation to Supervise Research in 2003.

CS

Cédric Seren was born in Nogent sur Marne, France, in 1979. In 2003, he completed his Engineering degree and M.Sc. in Control and Embedded Systems from SUPAERO (Toulouse, France). In 2007, he completed his Ph.D. degree in Dynamical System Modeling and Identification, between AIRBUS and ONERA's Flight Dynamics and Control Systems department, from SUPAERO (Toulouse, France). At the end of year 2006, he started working as a Research Scientist at ONERA, the French aerospace lab, within the Flight Dynamics and Control Systems department (Toulouse, France). His main research topics have been mainly focused, since several years, on nonlinear modeling, identification and estimation applied to several dynamical systems FDD purposes but also, in parallel, on the development of new evolutionary computation algorithms dedicated to derivative-free mathematical optimization.
