He gives a talk on the Fluid-solid-electric stability analysis for the control of a flexible splitter plate. In this work, shunted piezo-electric patches are embedded on a elastic splitter plate   

Welcome to Luis Henrique Benneti Ramos, new PhD student in the AEROFLEX project. Luis Henrique, supervised by Olivier Marquet at ONERA, 
Angelo Iollo and Michel Bergmann at INRIA Bordeaux, will investigate the propulsive efficiency of flapping wings based on resolvent analysis of the mean flow.

Olivier Marquet and Jean-Lou Pfister visit David Fabre and David Lo Jacono, at Institut de Mécanique des Fluides (IMFT) Toulouse. Jean-Lou Pfister gives a seminar (in French) entitled Etude des vibrations auto-entretenues d’une plaque flexible en interaction avec un écoulement laminaire.
